From the presenter:
On 2nd July 2024, Universities UK published its report, Enabling Student Health and Success, which addressed student drug use and highlighted the importance of a harm reduction approach and cross-campus collaboration.
One year on, this workshop will explore how universities and students' unions have responded to the guidance and assess the impact of their efforts.
The session will cover:
- Research into student drug use
- A refreshed understanding of the Universities UK guidance
- Examples of good practice from other students’ unions
- Strategies for gaining university support
In the session, you will also hear directly from The Union MMU on how they implemented the guidance.
